We attach great importance to the quality assurance of our products, which is why we already carry out a comprehensive analysis of high-risk goods prior to going into storage, based on quotation samples and pre-shipment samples. We draw up detailed quality inspection plans for each processing step in our company, based on individual risk analyses. To guarantee these high standards, we operate our own laboratories at our production sites.
We maintain long-term, stable relationships with our suppliers and farmers in the cultivation areas.
We source our spices and herbs from their regions of origin as unprocessed as possible, i.e. often in their whole and raw form.
We already carry out initial quality tests and checks in the cultivation areas.
The quality of the raw materials is checked again when they arrive at our factory.
We grind and refine the majority of our herbs and spices in our own mills.
Only safe and natural products find their way to our customers and consumers.
All of our (production) sites fulfil internationally recognised and/or country-specific standards and guidelines in the food sector, and demonstrably ensure the faultless quality of our products and processes.
